Truck Description:
Aerial platform trucks (also called as hydraulic beam lifters, aerial platform operation truck, aerial working platform, telescopic arm aerial work truck, aerial working truck, aerial lift, aerial bucket trucks, aerial lift truck, aerial truck bucket truck) is widely applied in fields needing aerial work, such as street lamp maintenance, garden project, television shooting, communication engineering, airport, decoration and advertising.
Performance Features:
1: Convenient operation.
The upper & lower operating system may complete various operation actions; the 3-section arm may be folded, with one-way balance valves, able to achieve the stable operation of the arm, convenient for adjustment; the complete vehicle has stable operation, with high safely & comfortableness; outriggers may be operated separately or simultaneously, to maintain the stable state of the vehicle.
2: High safety & Flexibility.
Four outriggers are provided with two-way hydraulic locks, to avoid the breakage or leakage of oil tubes; the rear left & right outriggers have the width lamps, able to achieve safe operation; the hydraulic system owns overflow; the emergency power unit is configured, to realize that the arm and outrigger are stretched when the fault appears; the manual switch and electrical control button are added, to carry out flexible operation.
3: Handiness & wear resistance.
The rotary table and working bucket are provided with the engine startup & shutdown button, able to achieve remote control. When the working bucket is operated, the engine will be off, to reduce fuel consumption. After the operations is completed, the engine will be restarted. The upper platform may achieve hydraulic 360 degree full rotation. The electric control switch is adopted. The working bucket may be rotated 90 degree to the left or right (optional).
4: Convenient operation.
The complete vehicle may be provided with the auxiliary telescopic lifting hook, and the maximum lifting weight is less than 1 ton. With the maximum load of 200 kg, the working bucket has the lighting lamp for night operation.
